Reframing the world one word at a time

In the last few weeks one of the things that’s gotten clear is the need to upgrade the old technology with the new. Our navigational system of feeling is our technology that is pure heart intelligence that is allowing us to not only see things what they are but to step into a new reality. If you can feel you can see I say and what I mean by seeing is knowing through your inner feeling field what is what. In this way there’s nothing right or wrong it is instead a multitude of truths that all have a place but most importantly we can choose or remain in observance.

Our technology maintenance, therefore, is done with the tools of the heart, intuition, feeling, sensations and a different way of looking and seeing.

I am being shown another way of naming things, for example. Just to describe a vibration to you; it is not forced or slammed in your face as the only new alternative and suggesting we throw everything away. History is history, we don’t need to berate it for ever existing. This call is neutral, if you like, take it or leave it, there’s no agenda only a suggestion of changing a frame around words, language, concepts. This is something I have thought for a while about I just couldn’t conceptualise it until now.

I use the work of the psyche or mental health as an example. Let’s take the word ‘mood’. Often it has a negative connotation attached to it in the context of mental health, for example. Moods are not welcomed especially when they change quickly and drastically. Moods are looked upon as something temperamental and unpredictable and we must stay in control at all times – that’s the goal. We either aim to control a mood, suppress it or cover it up, i.e. pretend we are not feeling what we are feeling. We have become very good at that as a human race. I have explored this moon manipulation and navigation with myself and discovered a lot of valuable material. If we deny a mood we automatically deny an experience and a quality within us or even a part of ourselves. Do you see? Instead of doing all that old mind-led technology stuff I choose to care take my moods. The reason is I need to be able to experience myself fully, just as I am and I call a mood a resonance, which changes according to our experiences in any given moment.

MOOD – VIBRATION

The same goes for a diagnosis. What is diagnosis if not a name for a person’s experience but is it? Is it not empty of that exact thing? It is a label, something to pin it down yet how can all the multitude of experiences of so many can be pinned down under one word? Diagnosis to me is a unique expression of an individual. Everyone expresses various symptoms differently, uniquely. What is it with generalising in this society? Seeps deep into collective of belonging to a race, an army of ‘robots’, an operation, a machine, which operates better when everyone is the same.

Imagine if we put ‘depression with a hint of genius expressed in music or anxiety that helps others predict the weather, etc.’ this is somewhat more specific and valuing of an experience of an individual.

DIAGNOSIS – UNIQUE INDIVIDUAL EXPRESSION

I am sure there will be many more phrases, words, energies that will naturally change towards some alternative that will offer a wider view on choices we can make.

Daytime dreaming

Daytime dreaming is a space of clarity. Without realising I have been using it as a way of stopping thoughts and entering a place where answers could be heard. Different from nighttime dreaming. Shorter bursts of dropping into sleep is an important factor. One question – one answer. I needed that.

Detach, unhook, untie, put a distance between what pulls you, remain, hold on to a silent part of you, quietude, muted state or not engagement. In that there is freedom, rest, peace.

My own reflection looked back at me from an old photograph and I recognised the exact one it was. I felt its texture, I knew it’s colours. Myself, as of observing from outside of my body. It was in the eyes that I held the gaze, just held it. Nothing else was needed. Pause, resist the pull, take that breath but don’t give it away, keep it for your own body, relish it like food that you need. Silence is everything, it is where sacred and simple both reside. All that’s needed is your body, the rest is known if only you resist reaction audible, if only your words are not released.

Daytime rest feels needed to receive short bursts of insight. Profound as its nighttime companion yet more precise.

Try it for yourself and apply to what’s needed for you right now, today. It does relate to the collective need but you take care of you own manifesting, the only way to make a difference. This detachment will cleanse the vibration for your physical, emotional and spirit-you, which in turn will make forward flying easier. Relish the quietude in every way.

Lessons in challenges 2019

Now is a very futile time for psychic material to align with the universal wisdom. This year has been challenging, but what is beginning to transpire that this time round challenges are dressed as opportunities. More than that these opportunities present themselves as a deeper way of working with what we need and want in order to shift and move forward towards thriving. The goal now is to change how things are done on a more meaningful, conscious and intentional level.

You might have been experiencing creation of space or an ‘emptying out’ effect. This is true for me. Emptying in a way that might look like ‘lack’, but actually it is clearing the ground for us as an opportunity to create completely anew. It is challenging us to see whether we fall into our old patterns of thinking through our core believes, defaulting, or going towards needs and wants with clear intentions instead. To notice is the key here.

When you observe your reality right now, what do you notice? Do you feel a certain shift in energy and things around you lately? How does it feel to you? What do you think this shift is asking of you? Remember that whatever happens in the universe at large it always has your best interest at heart. It wants you to grown, thrive and be your best creative self. It wants you to manifest, so it is a positive even though it might feel as negative.

If it does feel bad to you ask yourself what your instant reaction is? Do you see yourself resorting to old ways of trying to bring back what you think you are losing. Any shifts, chellenges or changes are designed to trigger you, but if you are aware of what is being triggered and why (doesn’t matter what triggers you), then you can catch it and resist an automatic reaction that you had always used. Instead stop and be with what is happening.

For example you might experience a decrease in sales in your business or a number of your regular clients dropped to a minimum. One reaction could be fear and panic, which is being triggered and we automaticallly beginning to think of things in a way of ‘surviving’ and then making choices based on what we think will stop us feeling that way. Natural, but there’s another way. Notice how your intentions in such cases come from ‘lack’ rather than what can be possible or in other words, abundance. Another response could be to say it is ok to be where you are. Pause, reflect on whether what you have been doing had been fulfilling to your true heart’s desire. You might be surprised. And if the answer is no, exactly that empty space is offering you an opportunity to create anew and move into your next stage of consciousness with your true needs and wants in check. It is not something you are doing or not doing, none of it relates to your abilities and gifts it is all about applying default, historical patterns of thinking to one situation after another. Time to change the method itself.

It is this month in particular that is so opportune for old stuff ‘exploding’ in our faces, it is a build up of energy (Solstice in nature) that is not often pleasant for everyone. Cycles begin to go back to zero, resetting time, which is an opportunity to create again consciously and with a clear intention. It comes as a tough test to see if we fill this space with stuff that’s coming from fear, position of ‘whatever it takes to feel safe, doesn’t matter what and how’ or will we allow for things to come to us via intuition and awareness, therefore, manifesting what we truly need and want.

Emptiness triggers fear and pulls us back into ‘unsafe’, ‘not enough’, into a survival mode, but what if we looked at emptiness as an opening for creation, a blank canvas where anything is possible.

Keeping dreams alive

scotland

How does one keep a dream alive?

By seeing it the same over and over and every so often changing the edges of that painting that springs from a place within delighting your whole being.

Keeping something alive is imagining it moving into a state of being, solidified and present, from an idea into an actionable something. Like building a house, I suppose, brick by brick a vision materialises in raw materials. Hard to imagine at first yet through working on it, adding to it and building it up soon it begins to take shape. It makes sense why I love watching programmes where people create dreams in a way of building houses, or creating spaces for their hearts and souls to take refuge and be at one with that something special we all seek.

Dreams need to be dreamt about, they need to be thought of into action, so to speak. Two processes are at work with dreaming a dream. One is through the power of thought, faith and vision and the other through small steps, actions towards seeing it through. Life doesn’t just happen to us, we need to participate in it. ‘Simply being’ is one thing, but often life requires a certain action from us in order to move forward. Both positions are important. Dreams become reality when we keep them alive by imagining them into completion and walking towards that final image we hold dear. One day we stand in front of it and know ‘this is it’, ‘I’ve done it. I’ve dreamt it alive into a physical manifestation’. I have a dream like this myself and over the last few years it has been solidifying in my mind with various details being added to it and necessary steps becoming clearer and clearer. I am enjoying this process immensely and it keeps something bright and beautiful within me alive and breathing. It is warm and shining, cosy and grounding.

‘Noticing’ as a path to true living

When my child says something is beautiful be it a scenery, painting, a person’s face or an experience it goes right to my heart. It is a felt experience for me to hear and know that he’s noticed something that truly touched him. I learn from my son the art of appreciating what is in the moment and banking those moments into a bundle that is a life truly lived.

When we notice, we are present, we are in a felt experience of what is going through us and touching us as a living being energy. The more detail we notice in something or someone the deeper we go into the moment of being present with what is now, what is alive and speaking to us.

To me hearing my son express his delight in what he observes represents a true living rather than a passing energy of existing in a chain of life events, day to day, week to week. It tells me something is always worth noticing, examining, learning no matter how small. It speaks to me of a quality of always wondering what the next day, trip, touch and experience might bring. It is remaining curious and fully in life at all times. It is, to me, is beautiful, and who is better to connect us to that way of being than children, whose light shines through unapologetically and if it’s expression is allowed to be authentic at all times then we benefit from that more so through connecting not just to a real experience of knowing our children, but also re-connecting to our own inner child, which often gets forgotten as we get old.
